Drew Blythe Barrymore, born 22nd February 1975, is an American actor. She has received numerous awards including a Screen Actors Guild Award Award and a Golden Globe. There have been five Emmy Award nominations as well as the BAFTA nomination, and five Emmy Award nominations. She is a part of the Barrymore family and is the great-granddaughter of John Barrymore. Barrymore was a renowned child actor through her performance in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. She released Little Girl Lost, her autobiography of her childhood filled with drinking and drug abuse. In the 90s she appeared in many films, including Poison, Boys on the Side and Mad Love. Barrymore was in the spotlight with Adam Sandler in a few films, including The Wedding Singer and 50 First Dates. Barrymore became a cult character as an actor in her child years with her role on E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial. After a troubled childhood filled with alcohol and drugs abuse, she published Little Girl Lost, an autobiography.
