Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on October 4 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) as well as in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced a variety of characters on Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker and former stand-up comedian and JoAnn, a cooking instructor and weaver. She is a part-Italian. Cook was able to make her public service announcement in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children when she was 10 years old and appeared on national ads for Target. She was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
