  Jacques Bermon Webster II (born April 30 1991), better known by his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott), is a popular American artist, rapper and songwriter as well as record producer. His stage name is the mixture of the name of a favourite uncle and the name of Kid Cudi (whose real names are Scott Mescudi and Scott Mescudi) and it is his first major label deal with Epic Records. Scott also signed a publishing agreement with Kanye West's GOOD Music. In April 2013, he signed joint recording contracts with Epic and T.I. Then, he launched his Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first project of full length, Owl Pharaoh (mixtape) was released in the year 2013 by self-release. In 2013 Scott released the mixtape on his own Owl Phaoh. Another mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in 2014. The album that he released as his debut studio album, Rodeo (2015), was led by the hit single "Antidote". The album that followed, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) hit number one on the Billboard 200. In the next year, Scott released a collaborative album with Quavo titled Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the band name Huncho Jack.In 2018, his third studio album, Astroworld, was released to acclaim from critics and also produced the debut Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). Scott's album JackBoys was released in late 2019 on Cactus Jack Records. It was a top 10 hit on the Billboard 200. His track, "Franchise", featuring Young Thug (featuring M.I.A. ), was released. in the year 2020, Scott became the first artist on the Hot 100 to have three songs debut at number one within a mere year.
